The occupational portfolio for Davis Opticians includes a number of owners and KIM works with the various Landlords to maintain the buildings and surrounding areas.
We have carried out a number of energy audits and efficiency reviews to ensure MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) compliance and help reduce the operating costs of the buildings. This includes works to improve thermal insulation and considering heating and cooling strategies for each of the buildings.
This includes liaising with neighbouring properties and maintaining safe access to the premises for patients.
